COLLISION REPAIR PROCESS

01

Initial Contact .
Feel free to reach out to Master Collision Center via phone, email, or in-person to arrange an appointment for an estimate or to receive help with initiating a claim with your insurance company.

Vehicle Drop Off & Authorization 
Please bring your vehicle to our shop or request our towing services to transport it to us if the vehicle is not drivable. Our Estimator will ask you to sign a repair authorization, which allows us to repair your vehicle.

Disassemble
Upon your approval, your vehicle will be handed over to our technicians and a thorough evaluation will be done during disassembly. Sometimes, hidden damage may be uncovered during this stage. If so, we will contatc your insurance and request a supplement.

Order Parts
At Master Collision Center, we adhere to insurance guidelines and utilizes authentic OEM replacement parts, CAPA-certified aftermarket parts, or approved used parts as per the insurance company's specifications.

Structural Repairs
Vehicles involved in higher impact accidents may require a frame check as well as structural realignment to return your vehicle back to factory specs. Once a diagnostic is complete, an updated report will be provided prior to any structural realignment.

Body Repairs
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. As such, our team guarantees all auto body repairs meet factory and safety requirements.

Reassemble
At this stage, all repairs have been completed and the reassembly process begins. Once your vehicle is carefully reassembled, any finishing touches required will be applied to make sure your vehicle is in prime condition.

Paint & Refinish
Our paint shop professionals work carefully to restore your vehicle's exterior by touching up any paint damage. We'll ensure an exact paint color match and pristine finish.

Detail & Inspect.
Your vehicle will be washed, the interior vacuumed, and may undergo a detailing process, followed by a final inspection to ensure it's road-ready.

10

Delivery 
The customer is notified that their vehicle is ready for pickup. They can either come to our facility to retrieve their vehicle, or we can arrange for delivery if they are unable to pick it up personally.
